No Sunchaser for a couple of days. Tomorrow is a big day. I am taking my 16 year old for his driving test. I am nervous for him, but he is a good driver and should be fine. In a day, we may be welcoming a new driver who is one step closer to driving his T Bird for real. This is what makes the next generation of enthusiast and keeps this wonderful sickness alive. Send him luck, Oppo.

Since Don’t get Sunchaser, neither do you. But here is a shot of my work shed in my carport.

Make sure you tell him to just relax, if he’s relaxed his time practice driving will just kick in naturally, also let him know it’s not a big deal if you don’t pass first time. Just because you don’t pass the first time, doesn’t meen you don’t know how to drive.

I had my daughter drive us around for a while before taking her test. I think it helped her remember all the details and just relax.

In Louisiana, the driving schools can administer the test, so we went back to the place where she learned how to drive. When she went out to take her test, a couple of smartass boys started talking about her. I found out that teenage boys still talk about girls the same way they always have.

I let them go on until they started bitching about it being unfair that she gets to go driving alone with an instructor. That’s when I spoke up and let them know that she was taking her test - indicating that: a) she’s older than them; b) she’s already been through the course; and c) I’m her father.

I wonder why they stopped talking.... :)
